When you get a flu, cold, or any sudden down and out a physical symptom, your soul might be the culprit.

It’s almost like clockwork when I am guiding someone to their BEing and biggest possibilities in life they get sick, or a concussion, or just something causing them to STOP, REST, SLOOOOW.

Stop, Rest, Slow

How often do you do this? When you are not sick…
maybe not often eh?

Well, when we begin to move from left cognitive brain (mind dominant) thinking to a whole body, integrated intelligence “thinking” we kinda need a reboot.

“We can’t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.” – Einstein

I wrote another article about rhythm which I’d also recommend; it discusses how to listen to our Body Intelligence which is connected to Nature herself giving us cues, clues and breadcrumbs.

Did you ever realize how amazing our self-healing bodies are?

I mean, when you have the flu, a full-fledged war is going on inside your body on a micro level. When we are having a mental/emotional upgrade, we also have a re-ordering going on. There is intelligence available to us that are trying to recalibrate your mind, body, and heart centre in order to live from your full intelligence, and not just our limited, left brain.

So get some fluids, nourish yourself, ask for your needs to be met by others, REST, do not entertain guilt or FOMO, you are being facilitated by creative intelligence to become all you were born to be. Give yourself a break!

What are you racing towards anyways if you aren’t present at all during your life? How can you be successful if you aren’t truly, fully here?

Let life heal you.
Let your Total BEing inform you.
Relax a bit, it’s all going to be ok.

Email me for some great movie or Netflix recommendations if need be.

Chill out.
Trust.
Be.

You are being worked on, receiving what you need, to be your fullest Being. Kinda cool when you let that in. The earth is holding you up, life’s intelligence is moving through you. Let it. It might be the hardest thing you ever do. You might feel incredibly vulnerable for no reason, and every reason. This will pass. Eat some soup, you’re good.
